Pre-conference activity starts with registration beginning at 3:00 PM on Friday, January 24. Booths should be checked in and completely set up by 3:00 PM on Friday as participants will begin arriving. Dinner and keynote speaker will begin at 6:00 PM followed by a dessert buffet and social time. Booths may be closed once dinner begins. Saturday sessions begin at 8:30 AM and booths should be set up by 7:30 AM as many participants will arrive early for a light breakfast. On Saturday, booths are to remain up until at least the beginning of the closing session which is at 2:20 PM. Vendors are encouraged to have booths staffed at all times. A locked overnight storage area will be made available. Women in Denim and Buena Vista University are not responsible for loss. Cancellations made after January 17th will not be refunded.
